At Round 4 of the 2024 AMA Supercross Championship in Anaheim, California, Aaron Plessinger of Red Bull KTM Factory Racing secured third place, maintaining his lead in the premier class points.

Plessinger’s consistent performance throughout the Triple Crown format races earned him sixth, fourth, and third positions, securing the overall third place for the night. His podium finish extended his lead in the standings to four points over teammate Chase Sexton.

Chase Sexton, the defending 450SX Champion, demonstrated strong qualifying performance with the second-fastest time. In the first race of the Triple Crown, Sexton dominated with a wire-to-wire victory, showcasing his prowess.

However, a challenging start in Race 2 led to an 11th-place finish. The final race saw Sexton secure a calculated second position, contributing to a fifth-place overall finish for the round.

In the 250SX West class, rookie Julien Beaumer faced challenges in the first race but bounced back in Race 2 with a top 10 start and a fifth-place finish. The third race concluded with a sixth position, earning him seventh overall at Anaheim 2.

The night’s results further solidified Plessinger’s lead in the 450SX Class standings, with Sexton in second place. In the 250SX West Class, Jordon Smith and Levi Kitchen share the top spot, with Beaumer in ninth place overall after four rounds.

The next race is scheduled for February 3 in Detroit, Michigan.
