Dated Friday, the letter from Ford CEO Jim Farley expressed dissatisfaction with the ongoing inquiry into “unresolved allegations of inappropriate behavior by Red Bull Racing leadership.”

Farley highlighted the 11-day period since Ford’s initial request for further information into the investigation initiated by Red Bull’s parent company on Feb. 5. The investigation originally focused on allegations of Horner’s “aggressive management style” but has since shifted to reports of sexual misconduct.

Despite Horner’s denial of any wrongdoing and his desire for a quick resolution, Farley stressed Ford’s commitment to non-negotiable values and urged racing partners to share and demonstrate similar principles.

While Ford is the only corporate partner of Red Bull to publicly address the Horner investigation, both Formula 1 and the governing body FIA have issued statements urging a resolution. However, other corporate partners like Oracle’s Larry Ellison and Visa’s Ryan McInerney have not responded to requests for comment.
