Disney has introduced a delectable 12-part plush collection tailored for Lilo & Stitch enthusiasts.

Throughout 2024, Disney is commemorating Lilo & Stitch with the Stitch Attacks Snacks series, featuring monthly releases of limited edition, food-themed plush and pin sets. The series launched at the Disney Store, starting with a plush depicting Stitch eagerly eyeing a Mickey Mouse-shaped pretzel in January, followed by a popcorn Stitch plush in February. Both sold out rapidly, setting the stage for the arrival of the heart-shaped macaron Stitch plush on March 12th at 8am PT / 11am ET. This new plush comes complete with an adorable matching t-shirt and pin set.

The macaron Stitch plush, priced at $29.99, and the accompanying pin set at $34.99, will be available for purchase at the Disney Store following the launch time. The store link will also feature teasers and launch dates for the remaining plush in the series.

In parallel excitement, a Lilo & Stitch LEGO set (43249) debuted earlier in the month, seamlessly complementing the plush collection. The set, available at the LEGO Shop and Amazon for $64.99, showcases a cheerful Stitch donning a Hawaiian shirt, accentuated with a flower and an ice-cream cone. The set allows for customizable displays, with posable head and ears, and detachable cone and flower.

As anticipation mounts for the live-action adaptation of Lilo & Stitch, details emerge about the film’s storyline and production.

Set in Hawaii, the live-action film follows the heartwarming bond between a lonely human girl named Lilo and a dog-like alien named Stitch, genetically engineered for destruction. Amidst the chaos of nosy social workers and pursuing aliens, the duo finds solace in their shared sense of family, ultimately triumphing over adversity.

Chris Kekaniokalani Bright pens the script, with Dan Lin and Jonathan Eirich producing, and Ryan Halprin executive producing.
