Pop star Dua Lipa has confirmed her engagement to Fantastic Beasts actor Callum Turner, following fans’ speculation after spotting a ring on her finger in photos last year.
In an exclusive interview with British Vogue, the 29-year-old singer opened up about the exciting news, revealing that she and Turner, 35, are officially engaged. “Yeah, we’re engaged,” Lipa shared, describing the moment as “very exciting.” She also revealed that Turner had custom-designed the ring after consulting with her friends and sister.

“I’m obsessed with it. It’s so me. It’s nice to know that the person you’re going to spend the rest of your life with knows you so well,” Lipa, known for hits like “Physical,” added.
Though she hasn’t yet finalized wedding plans, Lipa shared that she and Turner are savoring this special time together. “I want to finish my tour, Callum’s shooting,” she explained. “I’ve never been someone who’s really thought about a wedding, or dreamt about what kind of bride I would be. All of a sudden I’m like, ‘Oh, what would I wear?’”
Reflecting on their bond, Lipa emphasized the depth of their connection. “This decision to grow old together, to see a life and just… be best friends forever – it’s a really special feeling,” she said.

Earlier this year, Lipa and Turner enjoyed a vacation in Albania, and now the pop star is focused on working on her upcoming album. Alongside her engagement, Lipa is currently on her Radical Optimism tour across Europe in support of her third studio album.
Turner, who premiered his film Atropia at the Sundance Film Festival in January, will next appear in the drama Rosebush Pruning, alongside Riley Keough, Elle Fanning, and Pamela Anderson.
