Who is Leo Messi?

This is not hyperbole: it’s a statement of fact. Messi is widely considered to be one of the greatest players of all time. He has won countless awards and accolades, including five La Liga titles and four Champions League crowns with Barcelona.

Messi was born on June 24th, 1987 in Rosario, Argentina. He started playing football at an early age, joining local team Newell’s Old Boys. After impressing with his skills in youth matches, he was signed by Barcelona in 2003.
