-1 white t-shirt

-1 pair of black leggings or pants

-1 red skirt or tutu

-1 black and white striped shirt or long sleeve top

-Scissors

-Tape or glue

Instructions:

1. Cut the bottom of the white t-shirt off so that it is about mid-thigh length. This will be the base layer of your sweater.
