It’s that time of year again! The Southampton Premier League is back and so too is the annual tradition of the Ugly Sweater party.For those of you who don’t know, the Ugly Sweater party is a charity event where everyone in attendance (including players, staff, and club owners) dresses in their ugliest sweater imaginable. This year’s edition of the party will take place on December 20th and we wanted to help commemorate the event with a blog post featuring some of our favorite Christmas sweaters from past years. So without further ado, enjoy!

The Southampton Premier League’s Ugly Sweater Contest
The Southampton Premier League’s Ugly Sweater Contest is back for its third year, and it’s sure to be a festive hit with fans of the club. The contest will run from December 1st to December 8th and all fans are encouraged to submit their most hideous sweater possible. Prizes include tickets to a game and a signed ball from the players.
To enter, simply take a photo of your ugly sweater and post it to social media using the hashtag #saintsfcuglysweatercontest. Entries will be judged on creativity, uniqueness, and how well they reflect the spirit of Christmas. Who knows – you might even be lucky enough to win a prize!
