Necro is making a comeback, taking to Facebook on July 25 to announce the release of his new album, “Fuck Commercial Rap,” in just two weeks. This marks Necro’s first solo LP in six years.

Hailing from Brooklyn and recognized as the younger brother of Non Phixion member Ill Bill, Necro has gained critical acclaim for his work as a producer, particularly in the horrorcore style known for its violent and provocative lyrics. In 1999, he founded Psycho+Logical-Records, a label he still oversees today, releasing albums not only for himself but also for artists like Ill Bill, Sabac Red, and Goretex.
Necro’s recent collaboration with hip-hop legend Kool G Rap, collectively known as The Godfathers, produced two mixtapes before their studio debut, “Once Upon a Crime,” in 2013. Necro’s beats also found a place in the work of Mr. Muthafuckin eXquire, who used them in his mixtapes, earning Necro’s approval.
Expressing excitement about his return, fans eagerly anticipate Necro’s upcoming release, eager to hear what he has crafted in “Fuck Commercial Rap.”
